Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you did not have a good experience with Identiv. We value our employees and have been working extremely hard to ensure we have a culture that is employee centric. We understand we can not be successful without our employees. We have made and will continue to make changes for the better to ensure our employees are treated with respect and in the most professional manner at all times. We have improved our benefits and now have a 401K match. Performance reviews and merit increases have been implemented and are now done annually. We are working hard to improve our training overall for employees and managers to ensure they have the skill set they need to manage their teams in the most professional and effective manner. Thank you for your advice to management. We agree that investing in our people is important and leading with encouragement and praise, and without fear is a key to improving our employee morale.
