Incredible place to work and unbelievable culture

The lack of personal egos allows decisions to be made in the best interest of advancing life saving therapies to patients. Decisions are made at meetings (instead of meeting after meeting where no decisions are made like at a large company) and so far it seems those making the decisions take responsibility for the consequences of those decisions. It is impossible to seamlessly merge science and business, but this company does it better than any I have worked at in my career.

Being a small company you will perform roles outside your job description, but this can be a pro in that you will expand your capabilities.
