Everything was great and amazing.

There were no cons. It was a great place.

Team environment Didn't put up with slackers Bonuses for doing great work Amazing Christmas party I only worked at Idyllic for 3 years because my husband's job transferred him, but this was one of my favorite places to work. I hate working in places where deadbeats ruin the work environment. Although I saw a few of these in my time at Idyllic, they were given several chances to work hard and succeed. If they didn't shape up, they were let go. I was one of the hard workers, so I received good bonuses and kudos. :-)

Worried about government regulations too much (uptight) so sometimes the atmosphere was uptight.
