You can get a good salary after negotiating. Don't lower your expectation. They offer you more than other companies else people would never join them. Interviews are easy You can say you have a job at least PF and insurance is there They are getting many people during coronavirus else people would not join them. I would suggest better prepare for another job instead of joining them because the situation will get worse after joining.

Very small company so bad policies and no major perks Leaves given are very less The company is run by its director and he looks into even the smallest of the issue as it is a very small company Before you join they will follow up for even petty things. After you join things would get delayed and they don't care much They can change policy anytime as per their wish because the owner is the real boss and he does not have to take any approval from anyone All the policies are favourable for the employer only. They can fire you anytime with minimal notice in name of performance or any other reason. No job security. They even don't have big clients they hire for small companies so it's like joining a small company on the payroll of another small company. You will get nothing by joining here. Don't fall in the trap of higher salary because they provide you with more salary than others Please don't put fake reviews here people know when they see multiple one-star reviews that something is fishy Never ever join. No peace of mind. Very bad culture at their clients
