Pros
Loved working here and this was WITHOUT ever meeting my teammates (thanks to the pandemic - all hail remote working). I felt empowered by the management and trusted. I could tell the client they were wrong on decision A and the team's solutions B/C/D would better suited to the requirements, all because we were backed by the management.
Cons
Professionally : None. Personally : Payday has to be fixed to a certain date even if it's the 7th of each month! (an example). Not that i never got it, it's just that I prefer paying off my dues/bills as soon as i get my pay.
