Performance-based pay w/ revenue sharing is super empowering. Flexible work schedules and ability to base myself wherever I want! Literally all visa/work permit/administrative stuff handled for you. Management is very results-driven, which is great for self-directed performers. Ambitious growth plan is exciting to be a part of. Tons of great client relationships. Lots of smart people open to collaboration; plus healthy, supportive culture. Tons of nice little extra perks.
Cons
Truly next to nothing. Better parking at the Bangkok office would be nice I guess? Can't wait for more international office locations to open!
