Clarius group/ Ignite (previously Candle) was a well kown and successful business. Unfortunantly that all changed 5 years ago when the business inherited the current chairman and acting CEO. With no industry experience whatsoever combined with poor management/ leadership decisions, he has absolutely run the company into the ground destined to collapse. As an ASX listed company, the figures are for everyone to see. And you will see a very big and drastic decline ever since the current chairman has come on board. Chairman acting as CEO (because no CEO would touch the declining business) walking around barking old fashioned sales pitches and quotes like it's 1950's wolf of wall street . CTV surveillance and laptop spy software has been installed by the chairman to spy on staff. This gives you an indication of the poor culture and lack of trust and respect within the business. In conclusion, to anyone reading this contemplating of either utilising ignite/ Clarius as a client or a job seeker looking at the business for there next assignment. Please don't. With so many professional, well run, successful agencies out there you are spoiled for choice. This one is a sinking ship and with sinking ships you stand clear or jump off while you still can.
