I am certain that this review was not meant for us but for some other company. For one thing, in our 10 years of existence, there have been zero (I repeat zero) instances when salaries were not paid in full and on time. Our commitment to our employees is paramount and we take this absolutely seriously. My employees will back this up. In addition, they will back me up when I say that we live and breathe our value of integrity and commitment to our clients and to our employees. Second, we have no employees in England (which is where you say you were employed). We are based in Pune, India and all our employees are based in India. Third, we have nothing called "satiyan environment" that you refer to in your review. I don't even know what that means. I am really sorry that you've had a bad experience with whichever company employed you but I can guarantee that it was not us. This seems to be a case of the wrong company that you've given a review for. Just to reiterate, we are Ignite Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. based in Pune. Please correct the review and associate it with the right company. I will appreciate that. And many best wishes for your future.
