Business Outlook
Pros
I really love that we are trusted to do our work (especially being remote). I enjoy everyone I work with, the company activities we have every quarter, and the games we have in Slack. The environment is great and welcoming and everyone is willing to help without making you feel dumb.
Cons
Everyone is spread out in the country, so it does get difficult when you need your manager but you are on the West Coast and they are on the East Coast and already done for the day.
