No cons at this time.

Ignite Spot cares about it's employees! We are always working together to improve ourselves and our company. The management cares deeply about it's employees and is always open to feedback and suggestions. They have several uplifting reward systems to recognize the efforts of their employees. They are also front runners in using the best apps and providing training on those apps for us to do our best accounting work possible. I love this job and the people!

The only con I can think of is in the challenges of keeping up with software but that's only because I'm not 25 anymore. However, there is no other place I would work and enjoy it this much!
