Pros
I would like to say that this is beautiful company that gives people an opportunity, that if they work hard, they can do really well. I worked for other companies, and don't want to name names, but they don't have this people side. Ignitist really respects you, helps you, and treats you like a person. My supervisors and trainers, Gail, Aubrey, Ty, and Dan - they all very nice people, very respectful and helpful, whatever you need. and the CFO. I was especially appreciative and surprised by the help and support, even from the CFO, Jeff, who is an important guy, also very nice, and that was surprising. They are a good company to work for, if you have had not great experiences with other companies, you will find it's different with Ignitist.
