Pros

Ignitium is small enough that your voice is heard and management takes extra effort to ensure that the feedback is actioned where possible. Lots of opportunities to get to know your co-workers through company and department events, which are often thoughtfully curated by employees themselves with the support of leadership Ignitium actively encourages professional development opportunities! Whether it is a certification or mentorship, they've really got your back Ignitium employees are an amazing smart group of people to work with, everyone is always willing to lend a hand and collaborate

Cons

Not exactly a con - Ignitium is the kind of company where agility, learning on the move, and acute problem-solving a prerequisites to almost any role working here. Work-life balance is on the employee to facilitate, so it is very easy to slip into over-working. If you have confidence in making autonomous decisions and applying your own work-life balance where it is necessary for you, then this won't be an issue.

Pros

The only redeeming qualities of this company would be the lovely people they trick into thinking a job with them is a good opportunity, the newly renovated office space, and the location downtown.

Cons

This company is a mess of constant restructuring, blatant favoritism, and mismanagement that occurs on a daily basis. A typical day at this company is putting out fires nonstop, many of which are caused by a trio of upper leadership who treat the company like a high school popularity contest. Decisions made by them are not made based on fact, rather fleeting opinions based on nothing. Every day is an overworked nightmare, where you're forced to log 40+ hours of client time weekly, meaning youre working 9-10 hour days to meet that since they arent paying you to exist in the building in any way shape or form like any other sane company, making work/life balance impossible. The culture of this company is that of a high school, where 3 higher leadership directors bully and gaslight employees on a daily basis like they're the untouchable cool kids who rule the school, and since the ceo has no idea what is going on right under his nose, they are just that, minus cool of course. If anyone in that trio decides personally that they dont like you/your personality, they will do everything in their power to ruin your job and get you fired or laid off regardless of how much of an asset you are to the company.
