Pros
You have full freedom to do whatever you wish in the office as everybody is as clueless as the owner who is never around to know what's going on in his company. Work life balance is hence rated maximum. The only reason to join is to know exactly how not to run a business.
Cons
Horrible management or should I say no management. Decision making is non-existing, it's a one man show hence everything is centralized, EVERYTHING has to go through the owner who seems to be not interested in growing the business at all and will take ages to get back to you on action plan. I felt I took more ownership and responsibility and was more concerned about the running of the business than he would ever be. He would indefinitely travel to India without informing and with almost zero communication with anyone. He is a headless chicken with absolutely no idea what he expects from the employee. Not a single employee there has a clue of what are the organisation goals, so noone is actually working towards anything. The payroll is outsourced to some anonymous person who would NEVER respond to your payment queries, you just keep sending reminders which probably get disappeared in the Black hole and we wait for a divine intervention to happen and get paid. There are limited PC's so you are expected to carry your own laptops, which due to their poor power connections are guaranteed to crash/freeze. The PC's are being ordered since more than 6 months now. I can go on but I assume you'd be smarter enough to get a decision on joining, by now.
