Pros
Not many. The company, while publicly traded, can't get a sense of direction for more than 15 minutes. Senior Mgmt are ineffective. Lots of denial, if you like that kind of environment.
Cons
Yet another company where senior/long serving employees ,or even newbies, will be fired with absolutely no warning. Capricious. That's the correct term. No rhyme or reason, no due process, just one day, you aren't needed, have "failed" even though you weren't given any prior feedback. Capricious. That is the most outstanding quality of the head decision maker. The company keeps trying to find its way, and it is not going to, not with the current BOD and "Executive Leadership."
