Pros

The company gives a high level of autonomy and trusts employees to own their work. Leadership has a clear and transparent vision for the business, shared openly with the team. Work life balance is genuinely respected, and the fully remote setup gives everyone flexibility. Despite being a small team, the culture is warm and collaborative. Questions are encouraged, and people are always ready to help. Two company offsites (one domestic, one international) each year help build connections beyond screens! Benefits are thoughtful and people-oriented. An annual wellness allowance and a generous learning and development allowance. Policies are designed to support employees, not restrict them. Overall, an excellent place for self-motivated professionals who value autonomy, thoughtful policies, and a calm, people-first culture. It is less suited for those looking for hypergrowth or rapid team expansion, but ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work within a stable, transparent organization.

Cons

Remote work can occasionally feel isolating, especially in a small company where most collaboration happens online. Because the company is around 30 people, certain roles (like mine) are clearly defined as individual contributor positions with limited scope for team expansion. The company takes a stable, sustainable approach to growth, great for those who value consistency, but it may feel slower-paced for people seeking a “rocket ship” environment.
