      Pros

      Work environment is really nice and I enjoy the way Mr. Forbes listens to my ideas and allows me to run with them. My direct boss is so nice and I see a light at the endless tunnel for advancement here. Note: The CEO is Leighton Forbes as Marianne Kriza is no longer part of ImageNet

      Cons

      So much to learn with the software that it seems like I'm standing still, but I'm a fast learner.
