Imaginex has been a great place to grow as a software engineer. The biggest benefit is the flexible work schedule — you’re trusted to manage your own time as long as you meet your deadlines. Most engineers start between 8–10am, and there’s no micromanagement.

Salary is competitive for Atlanta but slightly below big tech companies. Promotions can sometimes take longer than expected, depending on the department and business needs. Some internal processes could be more streamlined.

It's a nicely sized company full of smart, hard working people, doing great work for great clients. Summer Friday's are a great perk if you can make if work with your schedule to get out of the office early!

Like a lot of smaller companies, then run a lean crew, which can lead to a lot of meeting and context switching. At the end of day, the positives definitely outweigh any negatives.
