* Most all the employees are amazing people who work hard and are easy to get along with * There is a good opportunity to make connections in the health field * The Medical leader is amazing and stands for a good goal in the cancer fighting field
Cons
The Business leader is a tyrant, who is only focused on himself and treats everyone with disrespect and abuse. He beats people down on a daily basis, no department is immune. Working from home may help in minimizing his abuse, but does not eliminate it. He is professionally inappropriate and is only looking out for himself; business wise, financially, personally, you name it. Turnover rate is high, those that stay are just afraid to lose their income for their family's sake, but eventually end up leaving.
