Pros

Solid PTO and some decent people

Cons

Imaginuity is rapidly forfeiting its reputation as a desirable company to work for. The organization continues to promote individuals into management, associate director, and executive positions despite their clear incompetence. Certain individuals should not hold management roles, as they foster divisive environments, pit employees against each other through contradictory directions, speak disparagingly about colleagues with whom they have personal conflicts, harbor grudges over trivial matters, display favoritism, and belittle staff without providing constructive feedback or offering opportunities for resolution. This behavior undermines team cohesion, damages professional relationships, and results in subpar work, all while perpetuating a toxic culture. The company appears to prioritize the hiring of "friends" into positions of power, granting them job security and inflated compensation while leaving other employees to struggle. A previous review mentioned a "mean girls" culture, and that accurately encapsulates the current atmosphere at Imaginuity. Required to pay for parking at downtown office which is around $150 a month.
