Pros
-Pretty relaxed organization with plenty of chance to find where you can contribute. -People here seem to be young and still have the motivation to work - Boss also shares the company's status quite often -Good teamwork, just need to check that people are taking ownership of stuff once in a while. -Sometimes have training. Even if I seem like the minority that likes it
Cons
-You might find that you're tossed into customer services with no handbooks to handle their social media account. - Average salary. No bonuses. -Mind games from people at the top. (It's just sometimes, but still, I would have prefered a straight-forward idea of what's going on with the company.
