      They provides a great environment to work in. The boss is a professor who is very nice. The colleagues are helpful.

      I think it should explore and open new market with new relationship to expand the business.

      They offer Flexible hours and the work is innovative

      Cons

      No communication between lower level employees and upper management, There’s been times I haven’t beeen paid for months. Pay is also very bad they don’t pay for your hours you train for the job. Pay you the bear minimum and when you ask for more they say your job can be done by India
