      Pros

      - The company has one of the most competent design, IT and commercial team the industry can have. - The state-of-the art technology used in the company makes a challenging place to learn and improve your skills - You are open to try new technologies and methodologies.

      Cons

      - The management is extremely disrespectful to the needs of the team - No investment in employees, they make you bring your laptop with the excuse that they'll provide you one "next week" - No food is allowed in the office. Good luck with the restaurants in the zone if you have special needs.

      Pros

      Can’t think of any, I would say this would be a good fit for you if you were a lazy person. Because after a while no one cares what others do since there isn’t really a control mechanism.

      Cons

      They have an infra team that is like the cancer cell of the company, they rely on ancient technologies with mediocre hardware. They never improve the bottlenecks of the company or develop anything. If you try to fix anything or introduce something new they usually ghost you or somehow make you regret it. Management doesn’t really know how to manage the people under them or have any clue about what’s going on with the company, what people thinks or what’s is it the company suffers from.
