High hiring standards are reflected in smooth cooperation, and everyone's ambitions drive company success. Besides, all colleagues are REALLY awesome people. - "Every voice counts": it is very easy to communicate ideas with team leads and senior leadership. It is strongly encouraged to share observations, trends and concerns, and the teams are flexible to customize product offering to fit client needs. - Reflection and transparency: the company takes job security seriously and maintains open and transparent communication across all business levels. It is easy to voice concerns, and leadership does its best to answer any question openly. Executives also regularly communicate significant industry updates, and there is a general culture of discussion. Cons
Struggling to find any cons, so this is a general point. Remote work: most of the team is spread across the globe. However, there are great opportunities for travel, and the leadership puts time into meeting with all teams whenever they are in the area. Fast work pace: the pace is fast, and there are high standards to uphold. Management puts emphasis on health and well-being, but agenda is not always 9-6, especially having global clients and partners.
