      Pros

      Imperatis was forced to shut its door as of May 6, 2016. I was a former Jorge Scientific Employee before they merged. Managements and everyone was pleasant to deal with. I hope they emerge again.

      over 3 years of no performance increase was devasting

      Leadership stands up for what is right and what they believe in.

      Government has been awarding contracts to low cost providers making it tough for Imperatis.

      It won't be around much longer.

      Cons

      Very few windows, unpleasant and depressed people with long commutes despite the office being out in Crystal City. Terrible neighborhood (Crystal City). No decorations on the walls except government plaques and American flags. Had a big scandal that went all the way to the top.
