Pros

Some very creative people who work hard.

Cons

One of the most bizarre agencies I have ever worked at. Small agency which boasts about being a flat structure, but very hierarchal once you scratch the surface. Leadership team rife with cronies who make very questionable decisions both creatively and management wise. A very very cliquey agency. If you don’t have the right ‘look’ or vibe (a creative Gen Z type) then don’t bother applying or getting any respect. Lots of attempts to be diverse, but very clear to most people that these attempts are tokenistic. E.G choosing someone based on gender or skin colour for a specific pitch but never including them on any other pitch when a potential client hasn’t specifically asked for a diverse team. (happened multiple times I was there). And what’s worse is that many of the team feel like nothing will make this toxic, tokenistic culture better. No one feels like they can go to the so called ‘open’ management. CEO and leadership team have their favourites. Some people have worked there for years and have not been given the same opportunities as others who have been there half the time. There have been redundancies lately which have been managed ridiculously and with very little respect to employees. I am SO glad I wasn’t there for long or I think I would have really struggled mentally. Impero - sort your act out!!

Pros

Amazingly friendly and creative people, very collaborative, great range of clients and work, autonomy to lead own projects, fab vibes

Cons

As the agency 'for impatient brands', work can be fast-paced, and can require jumping between multiple different projects at once (but this also keeps the agency and role energised, and can be challenging in a good way).
