Pros
Well,i have nothing to say positive about this company. Yet if you want,a good point is just the flexible work timings.but this system is now closed as well and have proper work shifts.
Cons
This is really a bad company to work with,they don't give your salaries after you resign. Will not relieve you easily,will want you to work free for them after resignation for 3-4 months or even more,if you do not do this,they will not give your official Experience certificates. Now coming to experience i had while working,the so called Ceo's dont know anything,they talk in very rude manner,talk abusively. In this company everything regarding the project, is handled by 1 employee(You),that would involve client communication,coding,management,time estimation.No whatsoever management team here.
