      The company has a great reputation, it looks good on the CV. There are also very talented people working there.

      Cons

      There is a very unhealthy environment, extremely toxic behaviour from the partners to more junior colleagues. Workaholism is encouraged, and I feel constant tension, pressure and anxiety.

      Pros

      Great company with great people! I can see and feel the impact I make while working with clients. Because the Raleigh office is relatively new, you'll get to experience "start-up" culture with the support/resources of the larger company in Europe.
