      - Great culture, good data. - Really good entry point for Data Analysis or International Logistics

      Cons

      - Lack of internal documentation, needed to consult senior employees for info, some of those employees left.

      Ultimately work satisfaction is from the atmosphere created by management and ImportGenius has created an excellent team/family atmosphere and positive vibe for continuous improvement along with tools to help get you there.

      Cons

      This is not a multinational large corporation so for those seeking that this will not be a good fit
