Pros
-Work from home when needed
-lunch twice a week
Cons
The pay here is extremely low (targets not attainable). Also expect to be questioned what you are owed on every single commission statement and expense. I've never worked at a company that is unwilling to pay you. Do a quick LinkedIn search to see that over half of the US office has left before a year has passed. Some roles have been open for 6-12 months. Why? Poor health benefits, no office culture, no communication about direction/funding, and a product that loses to competitors due to basic features. If you need an answer to something, you'll get it...when someone feels like.
As a company that promotes "transparency, communication, and feedback", I actually saw the polar opposite of this. There are also a lot of junior/inexperienced people who are leading teams. If you like working at a company that goes 5mph, this is the place for you. They are two years behind the rest of the market. If looking for a role here, I would ask: how many employees left in the past 6 months, when will funding close, what customer retention rates are, what % towards goal the company is at this year, how many QUALIFIED leads are generated, and where the company will be in 5 years
