Lack of career progression - Anonymous employee Impression Digital Employee Review

Hi, thank you for the review. I'd really appreciate you picking this up with your line manager, in your next 1-2-1, via 15 Five, or even submitting more information to us via the anonymous suggestions form. The reason we're pushing for growth as a company is to continually open up further room for progression at all levels, so this feedback is disappointing to see. Please ask your manager to work through your PDP and our competency matrix with you for your next 1-2-1 so that any lack of clarity can be addressed asap - we don't want any lack of visibility clouding your outlook of your future career here at Impression :) Thanks, Aaron
