Imprima Deutschland GmbH I worked here for 2 years and 2 months,in the Sales team. I was always met with compassion and understanding by my Boss. Sometimes the workload was high and demanding but not unmanageable, if you work hard there is a lot of upside in working for Imprima Germany. You will be rewarded in freedom to create your own day and schedule. It’s definitely a place to learn how to think outside the box and develop a broad range of interpersonal and business related skills. However it is not a 9-5 job as much as you are able to have the freedom to schedule your own day the business requirements are to be available for clients also after work hours. I enjoyed working here and there was a great Team spirit during my time at Imprima.
Cons
No HR since the company is quite small it’s sometimes hard to not have a HR department although any issues I had were always dealt with by my manager. Head Office in UK sometimes fails to see the business needs of different locations.
