-Poor management and communication from leadership, inconsistent expectations -No clue who's doing what so workloads are vastly inconsistent -- The CEO chooses to hire/promote/retain his buddies and family members -- If you're in the bro club, you can skate by while other quality employees and awesome people continue to get taken advantage of. -Culture used to be great -- Office has grown stale, morale is declining due to the CEO's decision making -No mid-level management -- The company is too top heavy, no hierarchy or path for growth -Lack of diversity -Lack safety protocols in the warehouse
