Pros
I quickly learned that there is no room for complacency in this organization. If you aren’t sharpening your skills or thinking creatively, you aren’t trying enough. Some people may find this discouraging, but it motivates me.
Cons
The pace at which we learn and develop does get a little exhausting sometimes, but the pay off is so rewarding so I guess it's not that bad.
