Cons
* Small companies like this can be more fragile financially. Impulse had layoff in March 2017 due to some missed sales, for example. However, it was handled with tact and compassion.
* 6-month waiting period before getting PTO and 401k participation (even if you have a lot of money to rollover from previous job)
