      Pros

      Some good people in ‘lower’ roles, some good processes. Good relationships with clients. Good site set ups. Very good safety awareness.

      Cons

      Higher management lean heavily on the engineers, there seems to be no concept of the higher management understanding that people not do not want to work away and work life balance can be stretched at times, but is rewarded.

      The most toxic company I have ever worked for. Poor training. The toxicity runs all the way through and is openly promoted. Whenever a member of staff is not present then they are not immune from the onslaught. A member of staff was off on bereavement leave and it was disgusting how they were spoken about, if your face doesn’t fit then they are vile to you. Don’t be a parent and work there as there is no regard for any eventualities that could occur from being a parent.
