In Field does a great job taking care of their employees. The pay is the best I’ve ever seen for a canvassing position. They have an awesome staff, and have made some great improvements recently that make the negative reviews on here no longer applicable. In Field is also a quickly growing company- there’s a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement within their company. I’d recommend working for In Field Strategies to anyone interested in politics or current events.
Cons
If you don’t think you can handle going door to door and talking to people about current events, this job is not for you. Expect some semi-long days canvassing outside in neighborhoods, but rest assured that you’ll always be compensated fairly for your work with In Field!
