Pros
As long as you do your job, you take all available jobs that are offered, then you get to earn a lot. This is what motivated me more to work in this company. I have no complaints. I can easily communicate with the management. They have a culture of caring for people and I get to carry that around when I attend to my patients. For the job itself, it becomes a routine and my patients becomes a family to me. This is a very fulfilling job helping out elderly. When the company cares for you, provides you all the benefits needed, then there is nothing to complain about. At times the job may be hard but the staff is there to support us employees when needed.
Cons
None so far. Practically, there is enough work and I cant complain about it.
