The company is great at keeping a fast pace, the leadership portrays care though there seems to be some smaller problems with planning and coordination especially during COVID-19, but since these were unprecedented times, they did well trying to stay up to pace with the times. They are trying to establish themselves in newer systems for HR as well as ERP systems though they still have a long way to go, they are trying
