The work is enjoyable for the most part. Guaranteed minimum amount of hours when traveling Flexible hours in the shop. Paid vacation time.

No sick time - will let employees travel to jobs while sick and let them infect other employees without telling them. Per diem dies not follow US government per diem rates Pay is highly dependant on favoritism, will not match inflation. Best way to get a raise is to find a new job. Depending on how much they value you, they may offer more or may let you walk. Health insurance built around main office location, not any good outside of Wisconsin.
