We always appreciate feedback from our team. Since making some employee-focused changes six months ago, things have really improved, and our long-term staff has been pretty happy. So this review—posted less than 30 days ago—caught us off guard. We haven’t had any terminations in over six months, and with just one manager here, the mention of “managers” doesn’t quite fit.
