Pros

Internal training was proactive, engaging and fun. Gone are the days of longwinded, monotone talks in front of a projector/white board. Product knowledge and the training on understanding Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and how to succeed was all in all excellent. The support offered by existing members of staff is great. Management are all easily approachable, they make the office an environment where you want to come in to work. The Location of the office is ideal - 5 minute walk from the Printworks and 5 minute walk from The Fort Retail Park means all the necessities are close. Transport links are incredible, less than 5 minutes to walk from Victoria Train Station. The office space inside is vibrant, great colours, great music played throughout the day, free fruit, cereal and brewing utensils is a nice touch. The company will aim to accommodate to your skillsets - if you aren't cut out for one position then you will be moved to departments that suit you. Basic salary is competitive and the commission structure means that you can end up earning a fair few pennies on top if you are hitting the figures you should.

Cons

Lifts in the building are a nightmare - give yourself at least 5 minutes to wait for one!! No breaks just a lunch break. Leads aren't the greatest

Pros

In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

Cons

Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.
