Pros

I will leave the business very soon. I will leave some great people behind but will no longer have to sell my soul for a leadership team that cares little for anyone other than our CEO.

Cons

The only place i have ever worked where the least important person, and the person least thought of or mentioned, is the client management like to make the facts suit themselves which means they simply gamble with our mortgages and our future.

Pros

In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

Cons

Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.
