      Pros

      Tremendous number of talented and motivated individuals. Good bunch of guys to work with. Caring support team. Total Autonomy to take decisions. Like the aggressiveness of the company.

      Cons

      Company is too onsite focused. Not much of offshore (India) work for high end skills like SAP BI. I think the india centre is not more than 800 people strong that too focused on Generic Apps development, Infra management.

      I am contracted by In2it Technologies as a Enterprise Desktop Support Tech for Sasol North America. Great company. to work for.

      they missed hitting my payroll a couple of times.

      Pros

      They give you onsite opportunity, Lot of work for begnieer , if you are a lazy employee not good for you, good to learn etc.

      Cons

      Middle Level management sucks, they can make false promise and the top management dosent know even, so better get things documented.
