      Pros

      Under new Operations Management, she is very organized, great communication skills with staff, and parents. Love all the very much NEEDED changes she’s made/making to our center. Truly cares about the staff and clients.

      Cons

      (Side note: Everything I’m about to say does not reflect our operations manager, truly based off of the company as a whole) Sadly if you are looking for full time (40 hours) you will not get that. Been here for a year and have gotten only 30-35. Lack of transparency with pay rate, regarding late arrival times from clients, 30 hour guarantee program, mileage reimbursement. These will all have different rates which is frustrating and does not match my pay rate that was offered initially.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
