Pros

The people that you work with are awesome and have a great team outlook. q

Cons

Where to start. The time off for RBT's is horrible. For such a taxing job, time off is NEEDED and it is almost impossible to earn more than a week off a year. The pay is not a representation of how hard you work and can be very tight when client's cancel and no coverage is available. They say that there is a 30 hour guarantee option but you LOSE 2/hr from an already low hourly wage. The leadership does not care about your opinions and have sent shady emails several times. They also promise bonuses, raises, etc. and they don't follow through. All in all as an RBT, you are WAY over worked and WAY underpaid/unappreciated.

Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts. We hate that you felt underpaid and under appreciated. We know & appreciate all of the hard work that it takes to be a RBT. We understand how taxing it can be and that is why you are always eligible to earn time off. With each hour worked, you are gain time off. We would love to hear more from you about your experience. Pros

The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

Cons

Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
