Where to start. The time off for RBT's is horrible. For such a taxing job, time off is NEEDED and it is almost impossible to earn more than a week off a year. The pay is not a representation of how hard you work and can be very tight when client's cancel and no coverage is available. They say that there is a 30 hour guarantee option but you LOSE 2/hr from an already low hourly wage. The leadership does not care about your opinions and have sent shady emails several times. They also promise bonuses, raises, etc. and they don't follow through.
All in all as an RBT, you are WAY over worked and WAY underpaid/unappreciated.
