      Depending on your role you may be required to travel a good bit and sometimes on short notice.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, solid benefits & 401k, lots of opportunities for employees to advance their technical skills and knowledge, collaborative work environment, and 100% remote.

      Cons

      Weekly timesheet submittals are a chore, but necessary for accurately invoicing customers (billable hours). You learn to tolerate it.

      - great leadership from project managers - great company benefits - flexible work hours - great team environment -great pay -fun team events

      Cons

      - can be challenging if you aren't used to being self-managed when having to work from home. - task assignment not always direct so have to go back to management vs working independent -would like more positions to advance to
