      Family oriented activities was fun for the clients to participate in

      Cons

      Hard to train staff who had attitudes and wasn’t willing to work together So many crisis which was draining Not enough work/life balance Not enough resources to actually help the clients Dangerous environment to work in/walking on egg shells

      Well, if your DSP the pros can be working the night shift

      Cons

      The cons if you’re a DSP during the dayshift, you have to do everything your BCB fills out a little bit of paperwork while you tend to the patient’s every need wow, doing all the housework
