Pros

There is nothing that I can think of

Cons

A lot of top people were hand-selected for this startup. Most left great jobs only to be fired, laid off, or quit due to ethics violations. We mowed through executives; the body count was high early on due to poor decision making at the top. This behavior was responsible for a pattern of repeated failures. I sit and read InCountry's social media posts and wonder what on earth, the people who are left are thinking. For those of us who know the truth. Everything we see is fake news. It's like they are desperate for something to post even if it's unrealistic. In the background, the press circles the place like a shark looking for another Theranos story. Their story is simple. Study their social media and Linkedin posts. You'll see the subtle differences. Like "we are operational in x countries. Notice that the number changes week to week—the brainless ROI calculator. Really? That alone screams we don't know what we are doing. What a great idea, but you can't win them all. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a job.
