Depending on what language you speak, the work can be very relaxed with days of low activity. Management is good at listening to interpreters' inputs.
Cons
Extremely low pay. Given that interpreters are the one providing the most critical service to the company's mission, pay rates should reflect the importance of their work. Medical benefits not available until after 6 months of employment.
