Pros

The company is a textbook definition of having the right recipe, a kitchen with a seemingly unlimited budget and some amazing cooks. From an APAC perspective having the success of a company (formerly QA Software) that had pentrated the market, a working product and a great team, the potential for INEIGHT to grow is / was unlimited. The company had a long history of delivery quality over quantity and aiming to make client's happy.

Cons

Without the right people directing the organisation every advantage listed above will come to nought. The pivot from delivering successful technology, implementations and ensuring customer success to one that is sales focussed is the approach other SaaS organisations have taken to their detriment. INEIGHT is still young in age while endeavouring to accelerate too quickly to play the same game as Oracle and others. There will be a lot of collateral damage to employees and clients along the way.

Pros

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Cons

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Pros

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Cons

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
